This Pure Sine Wave Inverter produces from 24 Volt Direct Current Voltage (DC) a Pure Alternating Current Voltage (AC). For that it needs only a 24 Volt Direct Current Voltage (DC) for example from a Battery or Generator.

   Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)
The built in Automatic Transfer Switch allows you to plug this inverter into a regular AC outlet for home power. If shore power is available the (ATS) forwards the current to the output socket of the inverter to the connected consumers. Once the shore power is not available the (ATS) switches back to inverter operation to run off of your battery bank.   

   Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
The switching time between shore power and inverter operation is only 10 milliseconds. Because of the short switching time this Pure Sine Wave Inverter is suitable for Uninterruptible Power Supply.
